Section 1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you as a registered or prospective user ("Player") and abv77 ("Platform"), accessible at abv77.io. abv77 operates as an online casino, sports betting, and gaming platform primarily serving players located in Bangladesh.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the abv77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time. • You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of abv77 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an account closed by abv77 for violation of these Terms.

abv77 reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Such documentation may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of abv77 will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.

If it is found that a Player has misrepresented their age or identity in order to gain access to the platform, abv77 reserves the right to void all wagers placed by that account, close the account without notice, and retain any deposited funds in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention obligations.

Section 3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain a single account on the abv77 platform at any given time. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must notify abv77 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to abv77 at the time of registration and subsequently is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Where abv77 identifies the existence of duplicate accounts held by the same individual, abv77 reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, forfeit any bonus credits or winnings derived from such accounts, and retain deposited funds pending investigation. Players found to have deliberately created duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be permanently banned from the platform.

Section 4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your abv77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

abv77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from abv77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify abv77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. abv77 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

abv77 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the security of the account has been compromised or that the account is being accessed by an unauthorised party.

Section 5Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

abv77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. As part of this process, abv77 may require you to provide documentation to verify your identity, address, age, and source of funds at any time.

5.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

5.3 Source of Funds

5.4 Verification Timeframes

abv77 will endeavour to complete standard KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be processed only after KYC verification has been successfully completed. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when processing their first withdrawal.

Section 6Deposits

abv77 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at abv77's sole discretion.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

6.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your abv77 account instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account balance depending on the processing times of the issuing bank.

6.3 Deposit Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for ensuring that all deposits made to your abv77 account are funded from sources that lawfully belong to you. abv77 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, third-party accounts, or funds derived from illegal activity. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the source, less any applicable transaction fees, and the account will be flagged for investigation.

6.4 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit transaction, abv77 accepts no liability for funds that have left your payment account but have not been credited to your abv77 balance. Section 7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment methods used for deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. abv77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by account verification tier.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval by abv77's payments team, subject to KYC status. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

abv77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents submitted are pending review.
• The account is subject to an ongoing investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Active wagering requirements from bonuses have not yet been met.
• The withdrawal request is flagged by abv77's automated risk management systems pending manual review.

7.4 Transaction Fees

abv77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which abv77 accepts no responsibility.

Section 8Bonuses & Promotions

abv77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and others). All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits issued by abv77 are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be processed. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on abv77 promotions range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8.3 Prohibited Bonus Activities

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using low-risk, mathematically optimised betting strategies (such as equal-bet coverage of roulette, or near-zero-variance play) specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other Players to collectively exploit bonus offers.
• Using automated betting software or bots to place wagers for the purpose of clearing bonus requirements.

Where abv77 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all wagers placed using bonus funds, remove any winnings derived from such wagers, close the account, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

8.4 Bonus Eligibility

abv77 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be withdrawn, amended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be notified of all available promotions and are responsible for checking the promotions section of the platform.

Section 9Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on abv77 — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, or any other product — are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

abv77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to wagers placed after the official start of an event, wagers that result from an obvious system error, and wagers placed on events where the result is already known at the time the bet is placed.

9.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. abv77 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account without prior notice.

9.3 Erroneous Odds or Prices

In the event that manifestly incorrect odds, prices, or payout rates are published on the platform due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure, abv77 reserves the right to void all wagers placed at those incorrect prices and reprocess them at the correct prices where recoverable. Where reprocessing is not possible, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.

9.4 Disconnections During Live Play

abv77 is not liable for any loss of data, wager, or game state resulting from disconnection, loss of internet connectivity, device failure, or any other technical issue on the Player's side during a live gaming session. abv77's server records shall be the definitive record of all completed game rounds and wager outcomes.

Section 10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abv77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner without the express written consent of abv77.
• Collusion between Players to fix the outcome of any game or event for financial gain.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event in which a wager has been placed on abv77.
• Laundering money or using the abv77 platform as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial advantage.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law while knowingly misrepresenting your location.
• Impersonating another Player or any employee of abv77.
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language in any communication with abv77 staff or other Players.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the abv77 platform.

Where abv77 identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated wagers, retain deposited funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Section 11Responsible Gaming

abv77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed once applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Section 12Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abv77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of the platform content without the express written consent of abv77.
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content.
• Using any abv77 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any breach of this section will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal action by abv77.

Section 13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abv77 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the legal theory under which they are claimed.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where that access results from the Player's failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in the information provided on the platform, including odds, event data, or game payout information, where such inaccuracy results from a third-party data feed error.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

In all cases where abv77's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability of abv77 to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their abv77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 14Privacy & Data Protection

abv77 collects, processes, stores and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the abv77 Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

Section 15Amendments to These Terms

abv77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abv77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to their registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the abv77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date (shown at the top of this page) is the current operative version of the agreement.

Section 16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of abv77. abv77 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions and Players access the platform at their own risk and on their own legal responsibility.

16.1 Complaints Procedure

16.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
